【摘要】:Thisspecificationrelatestopossiblehazardsthatmaynotberecognizedreadilybythepublicandthatmaybeencounteredinthenormaluseforwhichatoyisintendedorafterreasonablyforeseeableabuse.Itdoesnotpurporttocovereveryconceivablehazardofaparticulartoy.Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverproductperformanceorquality,exceptasrelatedtosafety.Exceptforthelabelingrequirementspointingoutthefunctionalhazardsandagerangeforwhichthetoyisintended,thisspecificationhasnorequirementsforthoseaspectsofatoythatpresentaninherentandrecognizedhazardaspartofthefunctionofthetoy.Suchanexampleisasharppointnecessaryforthefunctionofaneedle.Theneedleisaninherenthazardthatiswellunderstoodbythepurchaserofatoysewingkit,andthishazardiscommunicatedtotheuseraspartofthenormaleducationalprocess.Ontheotherhand,whilearidingtoyhasinherenthazardsassociatedwithitsuse(forexample,fallingoffontothesidewalk),thepossiblehazardsassociatedwithitsconstruction(sharpedges,exposedmechanisms,etc.)willbeminimizedbytheapplicationofthisspecification.Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsandcontainstestmethodsfortoysintendedforusebychildrenunder14yearsofage.Differentagelimitsforvariousrequirementswillbefoundinthisspecification.Theselimitsreflectthenatureofthehazardsandexpectedmentalorphysicalability,orboth,ofachildtocopewiththehazards.Articlesnotcoveredbythisspecificationareasfollows:BicyclesTricyclesSlingshotsandsharp-pointeddartsPlaygroundequipmentNon-powdergunsKitesHobbyandcraftitemsinwhichthefinisheditemisnotprimarilyofplayvalueModelkitsinwhichthefinisheditemisnotprimarilyofplayvalueCrayons,paints,chalks,andothersimilarartmaterialsinwhichthematerialitselforthefinisheditemisnotprimarilyofplayvalue,exceptthatallartmaterials,whetherornotacomponentofatoy,mustcomplytoLHAMA,inaccordancewith4.30.1-4.30.3.Sportinggoods,campinggoods,athleticequipment,mu-sicalinstruments,andfurniture;however,toysthataretheircounterpartsarecovered.(Itisrecognizedthatthereisoftenafinelinebetween,forexample,amusicalinstrumentorasportingitemanditstoycounterpart.Theintentionoftheproducerordistributor,aswellasnormaluseandreasonablyforeseeableabuse,deter-mineswhethertheitemisatoycounterpart.)Poweredmodelsofaircraft,rockets,boats,andlandvehicles;however,toysthataretheircounterpartsarecovered.GeneralguidelinesforagelabelingtoysandtoypackagingarecontainedinAnnexA1.InformationregardingpackagingandshippingiscontainedinAnnexA2.Thisconsumersafetyspecificationincludesthefollowingsections:Thevaluesstatedfirstaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thefollowingprecautionarystatementpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section8,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

适用范围
本标准规定了LM型、LMD型、LMS型、LMZ-Ⅰ型和LMZ-Ⅱ型梅花弹性联轴器的型式与参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装和贮存。本标准适用于联接两同轴线的传动轴系，具有一定补偿两轴相对偏移和一般减振性能，工作温度为-35℃～+80℃，传递公称转矩16N·m～25 000N·m。
