【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesacommonformatthatallowsacomputerdesignsystemtogeneratedatathatanoutputdevicecanaccuratelyreproduceindependentofthehardwaremanufacturer.1.1Thispracticespecifiesadataformatfornumerically-controlledcuttingmachinesforfabric.1.2ThisstandardusesasubsetofthedefinedinstructionsetdefinedinANSI/EIA-274-Dinadditiontothecodesdefinedbythispractice.1.3Thispracticedoesnotsupportcurveinterpolationordefinitions.Allcurvesarerepresentedbydiscretevectors(stroked)andaredependentontheresolutionoftheCADsoftware.1.4Thispracticerequiresthatallcoordinatesareabsolute,notrelative.1.5ThispracticeonlysupportspositivecoordinatesthataremeasuredfromasingleX-Yoriginpointwithcoordinates(0,0).Theoriginpointisspecifiedasthelowerleftcornerofthecutfile.1.6Thispracticeintendstotransferastaticimagewithnoprovisionforediting.1.7Thispracticeimposesnolimitsonthewidthorlengthofthecutdata.Physicallimitationsimposedbythehardwareandtheireffectsontheoutputaretheresponsibilityofthehardwaremanufacturer.1.8Thispracticedoesnotsupportbitecommandsoranymethodsthatinsertmultipleoriginpointsorfloatingcoordinatesystems.1.9Thispracticedoesnotsupportnotchtools.1.10Thispracticedoesnotsupportpatternmatching.1.11Thispracticelimitsthecutfiletocontainasingleblockofdatademarkedbyacompatibleheaderandterminator.Multipleblocksofdatainasinglefilearenotallowed.1.12Anycommandsfoundinthecutfilethatarenotdefinedbythisstandardshallbeignored.1.13Theintendedapplicationofthispracticeislimitedtotheclassofoutputdevicesfoundinthesewnproductindustriesthatproduceapparel,textiles,upholstery,andothersthatusesoftorsemi-rigidmaterials.1.14Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
